Activities

Join us as we celebrate Earth Day by removing ivy from SeaTac-Des Moines Creek Park! Together, we’ll help restore one of our local green spaces by removing problematic plants, like ivy and blackberry.

Other activities will include a scavenger hung, native seed giveaway, crafts, face painting and more!

What to Bring

No experience is necessary! Please bring clothes you don’t mind getting dirty, sturdy, closed-toed shoes, long sleeves, pants, a water bottle, and any questions or suggestions you may have. Restoration events happen rain or shine; check the weather and make sure to bring a rain jacket if needed. All other tools, training, and gloves will be provided.
